Privacy Policy

This page describes which data Lapko processes and why. The data controller is Lapko ([email protected]).

Data we process. Email and credentials (or sign-in via Google/Strava); the sports profile you fill in (goals, races, availability, thresholds); the activities imported from the providers you choose to connect (e.g. Strava, Intervals.icu), including training data such as heart rate, power and pace; the check-ins and the messages you exchange with the coach.

How we use it. Exclusively to provide the service: generating your plans, analysing your activities and replying in chat. For the coaching, the necessary data is processed through Anthropic's API (language model). Payments are handled by Stripe (we never see your card), transactional emails by SendGrid. We do not sell your data nor use it for advertising.

Where and for how long. Data lives on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt) and is kept for as long as your account exists.

Your rights. You can disconnect providers at any time and delete your account from the settings: deletion removes your data from our systems. For access, rectification or portability write to [email protected].
