Terms of Service

Lapko is an AI-assisted sports coaching service for running, cycling, swimming, triathlon and duathlon. By creating an account you accept these terms.

The service. Lapko generates training plans and personalised advice from the data you provide and from the activities imported from the providers you connect (e.g. Strava, Intervals.icu). The service includes a free trial period; the Lapko Pro subscription is managed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal.

Not medical advice. Lapko's plans and advice do not replace a doctor's opinion. Consult a professional before starting a training programme, especially with any health condition. You train at your own responsibility.

Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the settings: deletion removes your data from our systems.

Fair use. Abusive use of the service is not allowed (unauthorised automated access, resale, abuse of promo or invite codes).

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
